Our Story
Family owned and operated since 1983 Bob’s Take-N-Bake Pizza was opened by Bob and his loving wife, Linda, with the vision of providing fresh and tasty pizza to their local community.
The first shop was opened in Ceres and quickly gained popularity. Because of the love and support from the local community Bob decided to open his second location in the Roseburg Square in 1995 which has become an institution in the college area of Modesto.
Both locations have continued to grow through their fast service and community outreach over the years. In 2013 Bob’s daughter Julie took over the Ceres location and has continued to grow in the community with the help of her own family.
In 2017 Bob was finally ready to retire and Julie once again took over the reins of the location in Roseburg square to a warm reception. As Bob’s continues to grow, we are focused on maintaining the same great quality, affordable prices, and exceptional customer service that has made Bob’s a staple for so many families.

We pride ourselves on using freshly made ingredients daily. We pride ourselves on using fresh never frozen ingredients in all of our pizzas. We are also so excited with the launch of our new cauliflower pizza crusts for those looking for a vegan low carb alternative while still enjoying their favorite pizza!

I’m also fairly certain that if this place was around in the 40’s, there would never have been a 2nd World War. If Trump ever tried this pizza, he would probably finance one to be built in Trump Towers and surround it with a great wall so that nobody else could have it.
